The pool is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine. Please remember this is a community pool and follow the rules posted.

WHAT ARE THE CURRENT POOL HOURS?
Summer Hours
May/June 8:30AM-7:30PM
July 8:30AM-8:00PM

WHY DO THE POOL HOURS CHANGE?
State statues call for stadium lighting for pools open past sunset. Additionally, we cannot find an insurance company who will insure us for night swimming.

How many guests can I bring to the pool?
5 guests per household (not card)

Why can't the pool be rented?
Since alcohol is allowed in the Clubhouse, there is not a way to monitor it by the pool. As well as residents using the pool during a party.

Lightening Policy
The pool will close if lightning is detected within a 5-mile radius, as indicated by the pool's lightning meter. It will reopen 30 minutes after the last detection of lightning or thunder.
