To place an order for an amenity key using an eCheck or credit card, please follow the step-by-step instructions below:

 

• Login to your homeowner portal at www.hoaemt.com

• In the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard is a white box that has your account number. You will need this number to place the order.

• Click on the “AMENITY ACCESS” page on the menu on the left-hand side.

• Click on “Click here to order a KEY FOB”. This will take you to the Property Pay website.

• Click on the “Pay Amenities” button.

• Click “Yes” to agree to the terms and conditions.

• Enter the required information (first name, last name, email address, phone number)

• Management ID: 2534

• Association ID: HHA1

• Property/Account Number:          (this is your account number from the dashboard)

• Your property address will auto-populate after you enter your account number. Click “Next” button.

• In the Category field, select Fobs/Keys/Gate & Door Opener.

• In the Amenity field, select  Key Fob $20. This price includes shipping.

• Click Add button.

• Click the Pay by eCheck or Pay by Card to complete your payment. A processing fee from the bank will be added to your total.

• Enter your payment information.

• Click “I agree to pay the total amount including any fees as shown above”.

• Click the Next button.  

 

Your order will be processed in 1-2  business days. 

 

You will receive an email from Paxton Keys once it has been processed. This contains information on how to download and register for the  app access. You will then receive a fob in the mail. If you want to pick it up in person or have it mailed to an address other than your property, please email Grace@hoaemt.com after you have placed your order.

Thank you for reaching out regarding access to our community amenities, including the pool and tennis/pickleball courts.

To ensure a smooth process, please email office@thehighlandsws.com with the following required documents:

• A copy of your lease

• A valid photo ID

• The email address where you’d like app access sent

• A reliable contact number

Once we receive and process your documents, we will send a confirmation email notifying you when your fob is ready for pickup. 

When you come to pick up your fob, please bring a $20 payment by check or money order payable to The Highlands HOA.

If you arrive at the office without submitting the required documents in advance, we may not be able to process your request immediately due to staffing limitations.
